Texas Dove Hunting

Nueces Canyon Lodge Dove Hunting

Nueces Canyon Lodge was developed to take advantage of the tremendous white wing and mourning dove concentrations that Central Texas offers. Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine refers to the areas around Uvalde, Texas as the best counties in the state for dove hunting. And Nueces Canyon Lodge is ideally situated to take advantage of those opportunities. Located north of Uvalde on the Nueces River, we have access to prime hunting properties, offering more than 18,000 acres of sunflowers, sesame seed and milo fields. Other properties offer afternoon tank and pass shooting.

Our facilities are immaculate and offer a pristine Hill Country setting and provides superb lodging. Our meals are expertly prepared and served and our guides keep in touch with local farmers for up to the minute bird reports in order to put you in the hottest spots to make each hunt thrilling and memorable.

We also have access to sporting clay shoots and fly fishing in the Nueces River, one of the finest fly fishing rivers in Texas.

Nueces Canyon Lodge provides a superb hunting experience for your clients, as well as families and individuals.
